Sunday?Runday! events are back on the calendar at Get Your A:Run so grab your space today! 

There are two 2 hour Sunday runs planned:
Sunday 27/5/2018 and 22/7/2018.
These start on Stour Green in Ely, with a warm up at 7.45am. 

The idea of these coach-led runs is for those runners that are making the move from 10km to half marathon and beyond, can build the mileage up within a supportive atmosphere. 

The group is always a mixture of runners; those that endurance race regularly and those who are just beginning that journey, so there are plenty of brains to pick as we cover the miles.

We aim to be running for 2 hours, not to get as many miles as possible! (We’re going for increased time on the feet not new world records!) 

The run is £8 and we try and grab a coffee at the end, so having the ‘emergency £5’ in the back pocket is always good. 


What to do now: 
Dress for the weather, bring some water and a small snack if you think you may need it. I run with a small backpack, so am happy to carry a few bottles, keys etc.
